You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to request a return

Contact us at snayati2023@gmail.com with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request. Please do not send anything back before we reply: we will give you the return address and instructions for your order.

Condition of items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories. For hygiene reasons, personal-care and beauty items can only be returned unopened.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect item

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping costs.

Change of mind

For any other return, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
