We ship to the destinations available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 5–15 days, depending on the destination and the product. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Incorrect address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order has not shipped.
